ICAC Operation Skyline public inquiry

The NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption’s (ICAC) Operation Skyline public inquiry will not proceed in the fortnight commencing 19 November 2018. The Commission will hold a short directions hearing in relation to the further progress of the Operation Skyline investigation on Monday 19 November 2018 at 10:00 am.

Operation Skyline involves allegations concerning the Awabakal Local Aboriginal Land Council and a scheme involving proposals from 2014 to 2016  for the sale and development of properties (“the Sale and Development Scheme”), owned by the land council, and related matters.

ICAC Chief Commissioner the Hon Peter Hall QC will preside at the directions hearing. Counsel Assisting the Commission are Dr Nicholas Chen SC and Ms Juliet Curtin.
