TAFE NSW - investigation into the sourcing of software systems for the Western Sydney Institute of TAFE (Operation Lancer)

The ICAC investigated allegations that the then manager of finance and administration services at the Western Sydney Institute of TAFE (WSI TAFE), Hasan Mamun, and the then manager of budget performance at WSI TAFE, Samuil Kabir, engineered the sourcing of software systems from Oscillosoft Pty Ltd in return for payments from Oscillosoft as an inducement or reward for exercising their public official functions to show favour to that company.

Lobbying and the NSW public sector - the regulation of lobbying, access and influence in NSW (Operation Eclipse)

The ICAC conducted an investigation into the regulation of lobbying, access and influence in NSW, which examined whether enhancements to the Lobbying of Government Officials Act 2011 (the LOGO Act) might be required, as well as the broader approach to addressing risks associated with lobbying and influencing practices.

Service NSW - investigation into the conduct of a Service NSW officer (Operation Mistral)

The ICAC investigated whether a Service NSW officer, Diana Benyamin, agreed to dishonestly and partially exercise her official functions by agreeing to alter records held by Service NSW in exchange for a benefit.

Canterbury City Council - allegations concerning former councillors and other public officials (Operation Dasha)

The ICAC investigated allegations concerning the former Canterbury City Council, including whether, between 2013 and 2016, public officials including former councillors Michael Hawatt and Pierre Azzi, the former general manager, Jim Montague, and the former director of city planning, Spiro Stavis, dishonestly and/or partially exercised their official functions in relation to planning proposals and/or applications under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 concerning properties in t ...

NSW Government - allegations concerning management of water in NSW and systemic non-compliance with the Water Management Act 2000 (Operations Avon and Mezzo)

The ICAC conducted two related investigations into complaints about water management in NSW: Operation Avon and Operation Mezzo.

NSW Department of Family and Community Services - allegations concerning a headlease coordinator (Operation Cygnet)

The ICAC investigated an allegation that Chanse Baynham, while employed as a headlease coordinator at the then NSW Department of Family and Community Services, between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2017, awarded work to his own company to gain a financial benefit.

University of Sydney - allegations concerning contract security suppliers (Operation Gerda)

The ICAC investigated whether, from January 2009 to February 2019, staff from Sydney Night Patrol & Inquiry Co (SNP) and/or its subcontractor, S International Group Pty Ltd (SIG), dishonestly obtained a financial benefit from the University of Sydney while providing contracted security services to the University by creating false entries on daily time sheets and submitting these for payment to the University.

The ICAC investigated corruption allegations that Steven Prestage, an information and communication technologies (ICT) contractor working on an ICT project at the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI), dishonestly and partially exercised his public official functions in exchange for a financial benefit.

NSW Health and the Department of Family and Community Services - allegations concerning the former CEO of the Immigrant Women’s Health Service and the Non-English Speaking Housing Women’s Scheme Inc (Operation Tarlo)

The ICAC is investigating corruption allegations concerning Eman Sharobeem, the former CEO of the Immigrant Women’s Health Service(IWHS) and the Non-English Speaking Housing Women’s Scheme Inc (NESH).

Department of Justice – allegations concerning former project manager (Operation Artek)

The ICAC investigated allegations that Leslie Reynolds, a former project manager at the Department of Justice, received corrupt payments and benefits from Khader George Ghamrawi and his wife, Samantha Boyle, the principals of G&S Building Group Pty Ltd and Global Metals Works Pty Ltd.
