Operation Galley submissions timetable

On 3 August 2022, the Commission adjourned the public inquiry in Operation Galley. On 8 September 2022, the Chief Commissioner directed amendment to the timetable for the provision of written submissions in this matter as follows:

1.    Submissions of Counsel Assisting to be provided to relevant persons (or their legal representatives) by 9 September 2022 (amended from 8 September 2022)
2.    Submissions in response to the submissions of Counsel Assisting are to be provided to the Commission by 7 October 2022 (amended from 6 October 2022)
3.    Submissions of Counsel Assisting in reply to any responses submitted are to be provided to the Commission and to relevant persons (or their legal representatives) by 20 October 2022 (no change)

Submissions of Counsel Assisting will only be served on relevant parties. All submissions will be subject to non-publication directions pursuant to section 112 of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988.

The Commission will not be making further comment.
