In May, Commissioner Patricia McDonald SC and ICAC staff will meet with public officials and community leaders in the northern NSW region of New England as part of its ICAC’s Rural and Regional Outreach Program.

The visit represents the ICAC’s 35th under the program, which was initiated in 2001 to provide practical corruption prevention information and advice on how to report corrupt activities to non-metropolitan areas of NSW.

Commissioner McDonald will be joined by the Hon Michael Adams QC, Chief Commissioner, Law Enforcement Conduct Commission, and Michael Barnes, NSW Ombudsman, in a panel discussion at the Community Leaders’ Forum, an event hosted by the ICAC as part of the week-long activities.
