He and his team were instrumental in uncovering the corruption of former New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin, who is currently serving out a 10-year jail sentence. Mr Bokelberg is a guest speaker at the Australian Public Sector Anti-Corruption Conference in Sydney next year, where he will talk about the investigation that garnered him and his team several awards in law enforcement excellence.
