MEDIA ALERT: Operation Ember public inquiry continues Thursday 1 August

The NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption’s (ICAC) Operation Ember public inquiry will continue this Thursday, 1 August 2019, from 9:30 am.

Operation Ember involves allegations concerning Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) employees, Samer Soliman and Jainesh Singh, and how they exercised their official functions when awarding contracts.

Commissioner Patricia McDonald SC is presiding at the public inquiry, and Counsel Assisting the Commission is Ms Georgina Wright.

The Commission is live streaming the proceedings in this public inquiry via the ICAC website. The livestream is accessible here.

The inquiry is scheduled to sit on Friday 2 August, and then next week on Thursday 8 and Friday 9 August.
