Operation Spector report concerning RailCorp and Housing NSW and the Operation Yaralla report concerning the Sydney Local Health District to be furnished 13 October 2014

The NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) will furnish its reports on the Operation Spector and Operation Yaralla investigations to the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly on Monday 13 October 2014 at 10.00am.

If the Speaker makes the reports public, they will be made available for download from the ICAC website at www.icac.nsw.gov.au.

Operation Spector concerns a number of allegations about the soliciting of money within RailCorp by former manager Joseph Camilleri and within Housing NSW by an employee Carmen Attard. The Commission has investigated whether they misused their public sector positions to favour and benefit the individuals who provided funds.

Operation Yaralla concerns the investigation of external influence in the management of Yaralla Estate by the Sydney Local Health District.
