ICAC to announce findings from public inquiry into corrupt conduct allegations involving Michael McGurk and others

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Commissioner, the Hon David Ipp AO QC, will make public the Commission's findings and a summary of its reasons tomorrow (Friday 5 February 2010) from the ICAC's public inquiry held this week as part of the investigation it has conducted into corrupt conduct allegations involving Michael McGurk and others.
The Commissioner will announce the findings from 10:00 am, in the ICAC Hearing Room on Level 21, 133 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. The Commissioner has approved the use of a pool camera, and media audio recording of the findings, which are expected to take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver.
The Commission's full investigation report on this matter is expected to be furnished to Parliament in the coming months.
