Operation Hector submissions timetable

On 10 May 2023, the Commission adjourned the public inquiry in Operation Hector. The timetable for submissions is as follows:

1. Counsel Assistings’ submissions provided to the relevant parties on 21 June 2023.
2. Submissions in response to the submissions of Counsel Assisting are to be provided to the Commission by 12 July 2023.

Submissions of Counsel Assisting will only be served on relevant parties. All submissions will be subject to a non-publication direction pursuant to section 112 of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988.

The Commission will not be making further comment.
