Operation Tolosa submissions timetable

On 4 July 2022, the Commission adjourned the public inquiry in Operation Tolosa. The timetable for submissions is as follows:

1. Counsel Assisting’s submissions provided to the relevant parties on Tuesday 16 August 2022.
2. Submissions in response to the submissions of Counsel Assisting are to be provided to the Commission by Tuesday 13 September 2022.

An extension has been granted to one party to file submissions in response to the submissions of Counsel Assisting by Friday 7 October 2022.

Supplementary submissions were provided to the relevant parties on Wednesday 17 May 2023. An extension has been granted to one party to file submissions in response to the supplementary submissions by Tuesday 20 June 2023.

Submissions of Counsel Assisting will only be served on relevant parties. All submissions will be subject to a non-publication direction pursuant to section 112 of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988.

The Commission will not be making further comment.
