Operation Paragon submissions timetable

On 29 March 2022, the Commission adjourned the public inquiry in Operation Paragon. On 11 May 2022, the following updates were made to the submissions timetable:

1. Submissions of Counsel Assisting were provided to the relevant persons on 11 May 2022.

2. Submissions in response to the submissions of Counsel Assisting are to be provided to the Commission by 8 June 2022. 

Submissions of Counsel Assisting will only be served on relevant parties. All submissions will be subject to non-publication directions pursuant to section 112 of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988.

The Commission will not be making further comment.
