ICAC tenders and contracts

Doing business with the ICAC

The Commission is committed to the purchase of all goods, equipment and services through established NSW Government contracts systems where possible and reasonably practical.

The ICAC will ensure that all its policies, procedures and practices related to tendering, contracting and the purchase of goods or services are consistent with best practice and the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Our business dealings will be transparent and open to public scrutiny wherever possible. Given the covert nature of some ICAC work, there will be times when details of some business relationships cannot be made publicly available.

ICAC tenders and contracts

All the Commission's goods, equipment and services with an estimated value, including GST, higher than $250,000 are procured via an open tender process based on a written specification pursuant to the NSW Government tender guidelines (Tendering).

The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) requires the disclosure of the Commission's register of contracts for all government contracts with the private sector that have (or are likely to have) a value of $150,000 or more.
