The ICAC only discloses current investigations activity where this is in the public interest. For example, the ICAC may determine that it is in the public interest to hold a public inquiry as part of an investigation.
All public inquiries are advertised, with a public hearing notice published on this site and in major newspapers.

Any current ICAC investigations which have been made public, generally through the holding of a public inquiry, are listed below.
2012
The ICAC is investigating allegations that between September 2009 and February 2010, Auburn City Councillor Jack Au accepted a cash payment from developer Ms Shu Xian Liang to secure his assistance to expedite approval for a development application she had lodged for a restaurant/karaoke bar.
The ICAC is investigating allegations that between January 2007 and May 2011, University of Sydney IT manager Atilla Demiralay and his associates engaged, or recommended the engagement of, contractors or staff for the university from Succuro, a business in which Mr Demiralay’s wife, Virginia Kantarzis, was involved, and later from Succuro Recruitment Pty Ltd, a company in which Mr Demiralay and Ms Kantarzis both had an interest.
The Commission is also investigating allegations that Mr Demiralay and his associates engaged, or recommended the engagement of, certain contractors and other staff for the university due to personal associations with those persons, and that they improperly manipulated the recruitment process to engage, or recommend the engagement of, certain contractors or staff for the university or to justify the engagement of certain contractors or staff.
The ICAC is investigating allegations that between March 2005 and April 2006, Ron Mason (former chairperson of the Wagonga Local Aboriginal Land Council) and Ken Foster (former coordinator of the Wagonga Local Aboriginal Land Council) received corrupt benefits from Fortunato (Lucky) Gattellari in return for facilitating negotiations between the Wagonga Local Aboriginal Land Council, Mr Gattellari, Ron Medich Developments Pty Ltd and Waterview Developments Pty Ltd.
The Commission is also investigating an allegation that between January 2008 and April 2010, Vanessa Mason (former chairperson and current CEO of the Wagonga Local Aboriginal Land Council) received corrupt benefits from Mr Gattellari in return for facilitating negotiations between the Wagonga Local Aboriginal Land Council, Mr Gattellari and Waterview Developments Pty Ltd.
2011
The ICAC is investigating allegations that employees of 110 state and local council authorities including Lithgow City, Ballina Shire, Orange City, Walgett Shire, City of Sydney, Waverley, Burwood, Botany Bay, Liverpool City, Bathurst Regional, Broken Hill City, Byron Shire and Narrandera Shire councils, and the Roads and Traffic Authority, accepted benefits including gift cards and other items from companies including Hilindi Pty Ltd trading as R&R Tape Supplies, Momar Australia Pty Ltd and NCH Australia Pty Ltd in return for placing orders and continuing business relationships with these companies.
The Commission is also investigating allegations that Geoffrey Hadley, former Senior Council Storeman at Bathurst Regional Council and Kerry Smith, former Storeman at Yass Valley Council, facilitated payment of fraudulent invoices generated by Robin Newman and others totalling up to $1.5 million.
