There are many agencies in NSW and Australia which handle a wide range of information and complaints. To help you determine whether your matter should be reported to the ICAC or another agency, please check the following list of common information/complaint areas, and follow the link to the most appropriate agency to contact.

- Police Integrity Commission Inspector: The Police Integrity Commission Inspector oversees the legality and propriety of the operations and activities of the Police Integrity Commission and any complaint of misconduct on the part of its officers.

Discrimination, disability or harassment:
- Anti-Discrimination Board handles enquiries or complaints about discrimination or harassment on a range of grounds including sex, disability and race
- Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission administers federal legislation in the area of human rights, anti-discrimination and privacy
Judicial officers and lawyers:
- Judicial Commission of NSW examines complaints about judicial officers
- Office of the Legal Services Commissioner examines complaints about solicitors and barristers
Other:
Other agencies that help resolve complaints, accept information or provide assistance in a range of areas are listed on the Links page of this site. For example, they include, the Health Care Complaints Commission, the Community Services Commission, the Australian Banking Industry Ombudsman and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
