Inspector of the ICAC

The Inspector of the ICAC is responsible for overseeing the ICAC’s use of its investigative powers and investigating any complaints against ICAC staff. [go]

ICAC finds corrupt conduct against couple for attempts to improperly influence Warringah Council officers

The ICAC has made corrupt conduct findings against two people who, between them, tried to offer three cash payments totalling $600 to two Warringah Council officers in an attempt to secure Council building inspection approval for their business premises. [go]

ICAC surveys show improved corruption risk management in NSW public sector

The ICAC's latest research into the NSW public sector shows that corruption risk management appears to have improved as a whole from 2001 to 2007, although it appears that organisations could still work on increasing staff awareness of some aspects. [go]

Corruption and Anti-Corruption Executive Program 28 September–2 October 2009

The ICAC is offering scholarships for senior public sector managers to attend a Corruption and Anti-Corruption Executive Program run by the Australian National University (ANU) Crawford School of Economics and Government and ICAC in Canberra from 28 September–2 October 2009. [go]
