Inspector of the ICAC

The Inspector of the ICAC is responsible for, amongst other things, overseeing the ICAC’s use of its investigative powers, investigating any complaints against ICAC staff and monitoring compliance with the law and any delays in the conduct of investigations or unreasonable invasions of privacy.
