Information for the community

Part of the ICAC's role is to educate the community about NSW public sector corruption. The ICAC does this through:

  • maintaining an up-to-date website that includes the information on current investigation and recent, extensive prevention advice as well as investigation reports and other publications
  • publishing material for specific community groups and the community as a whole
  • conducting outreach programs targeting rural and regional NSW, and vulnerable population groups such as culturally and linguistically diverse communities
  • releasing information on public hearings and investigation outcomes to the media, and encouraging media attendance at public inquiries.
